Carolina De Ávila, Founder & Technical Consultant
Seven Sustainability is led by Carolina. With over 10+ years of experience, she studied Science and Technology and began her career in urban development. During her civil engineering studies, she developed an interest in sustainability and later joined a leading sustainability consulting firm for the construction and real estate sectors, where she worked with data analysis, green buildings, ESG, and due diligence for private equity. Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Degree in Environment and Sustainability and is GRI certified.
Since relocating to Germany in 2022, she has worked with companies across Europe and the US, supporting financial institutions and organisations in aligning with EU sustainability regulations and international frameworks, while strengthening ESG data management, governance, and reporting processes.
Carolina is motivated by creating a positive impact on society through investing and business as a force for good.
