Carolina studied Science and Technology and began her career in urban development. During her civil engineering studies, she developed an interest in sustainability and later joined a leading sustainability consulting firm in São Paulo, working with data analysis, green buildings, ESG, and due diligence in the construction and real estate
Carolina studied Science and Technology and began her career in urban development. During her civil engineering studies, she developed an interest in sustainability and later joined a leading sustainability consulting firm in São Paulo, working with data analysis, green buildings, ESG, and due diligence in the construction and real estate sectors.
She completed a Postgraduate Degree in Environment and Sustainability and the GRI Certification, and transitioned into corporate and sustainability reporting.
Since relocating to Germany in 2022, she has worked with clients across Europe and the US, supporting organisations in aligning with CSRD and other frameworks, strengthening ESG data quality, governance, and workflows, and transforming ESG reporting into a strategic asset for decision-making and continuous process improvements.

Based in Berlin, Thiago has worked with international teams across Europe and the Americas, coordinating editorial projects, content strategies and digital channels.
As Director of Communications, he brings together his background in journalism and stakeholder communication to strengthen sustainability storytelling, align messages with organisational strategy, and support teams in turning ESG and climate topics into clear, actionable communication for diverse audiences.
